What is your job in the salon and why did you choose it?
I studied in VŠE course about bussiness economics and management. I like managing company and human resources, I would look for job in this area anyway. But not in a big company, and that is why I feel great here. There is quite casual and family atmosphere, I am close to hairdressing area and the team. I take care of stock of our salon, all administration, I mentor receptionists and I am overseeing running of reception, but I also watch the news and and I am keeping up with my colleagues – hairdressers. This job is full of action, you need to solve certain problems. It’s really not a stereotype.
Tell me about Petra, what kind of boss is she?
Petra knows exactly what she wants. Her expectations are high and that is why her salon is amongs the bests in the area. I admire her for what she achieved, where you can actually get with your own diligence and perservance. She is and must be tough but she is also very human and happy. I prefer that I feel like I’m at home than to be stuck in the office whole day. Plus the salon is beautiful place, full of beauty and positive energy. I like it here very much.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do?
My biggest hobby is travelling. I always travelled a lot, even with my parents. I go skiing few times a year. And me and my boyfriend enjoy exploring european cities and their cuisines. I also like travelling in Czech Republic and even camping is fun for me. I can be happy even on an ordinary walk with my dog. However, what I can’t live without is exercise of all kinds, I really can’t imagine having nice and calm vacation with no movement. TEAM
