Communication in English is not foreign to her.
Did you wish to become a hairdresser when you were a child?
Yes, I really did have it like that, mainly because my aunt was a hairdresser too. So then I was colouring my doll’s hair with my mum’s dye foam and cutting their hair. I knew that I don’t want to be anything else. And parents knew it too. But I was also going to a drawing courses and ceramic courses. After school I somehow managed to get to Prague and I started working as a hairdresser in one tattoo salon. It was a bit extravagant period for me and I wouldn’t even dare to apply at Petra‘s, when they were looking for young creative hairdressers. Well, and now I’m here until this day! Maybe I don’t belong with the younger part of our team, but I definitely belong with the creative part. Or so I hope.
What are you most proud of in your whole career?
I feel like I belong in this brand, it is like my home. I like being on Petra’s side and I am still looking forward to what else we will experience, what else awaits for us. We already traveled big part of world. I like to remember L’Oréal Professionnel Congress in Dubai, where I could stand on the stage with amazing Christophe Gaillete, or the nomination for the Hairdresser of the Year, but that is also one of my biggest goals to compete and win again. However, my children slowed me down for a little bit.
